ISO 21001 is the most focussed standard for educational organisations and learning service providers. It specifies operational processes for educational services and focusses on best practices such as strategy, social responsibility, design of curriculum, delivering and evaluating courses. This standard aligns with the European Quality Assurance Framework for Vocational Education and Training (EQAVET). The standard can be implemented by educational organizations and learning service providers.
This course equips you to gain the required skills to conduct a base-line review of your organization’s current position and implement the key principles of ISO 21001:2018.
