BSI is running a half day public consultation event on Tuesday 24 September from 9:00 am - 1:30 pm 110 Rochester Row - Victoria, London SW1P 1JP, to gather opinions and get further expert input into two upcoming big data standards currently in draft.
They are:
Gives guidance on how to realize value from big data while managing it efficiently, responsibly and sustainably. It’s aimed at organizations forming or developing their data strategy, as well as those wanting to improve their current data exploitation and data arrangements. It applies to public, private, non-profit and not-for-profit organizations of all sizes.
Gives guidance on realizing value from data intensive projects. It covers key project components including defining objectives; roles and responsibilities; data methodology; defining and operating governance and compliance; working with partners; and how to close projects. It’s also for use by public, private, non-profit and not-for-profit organizations of all sizes.
If you have insights or expertise gained from practical experience that you’d be willing to share we would really appreciate it if you could attend our event.
