Enoch is currently the General Manager of the Hong Kong division for the British Standards Institution (BSI), overseeing the entire business operation in Hong Kong, and leading a team of keen hearted professionals in Hong Kong to provide solutions for organizations to strive for Organizational Resilience and Continuous Business Improvement, by turning standards of best practice into habits of excellence.
After graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in London with a degree in Accounting and Finance, and obtained a master degree in Accounting and Finance from the Kingston University in London, Enoch started his career as a Finance Expert. Back in the years of his Ernst and Young tenure, Enoch worked as a finance professional and independent auditor to help organizations ensuring the true and fairness of their financial records, as well as advising on the strength, weakness and improvement area of their internal controls and operation processes, and supporting organization for listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Later on moving to the commercial arena with multinational corporation like the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), and joined BSI in 2013, Enoch provided finance business partnering support in the area of strategic planning and analysis, corporate governance and control, ensuring an efficient and effective finance function, and working very closely with each functional department to drive business excellence. After assisting the pervious country manager in running the Hong Kong business for 4 years as his right hand person, Enoch has succeed the position and becoming the General Manager of BSI Hong Kong in 2017, where he continues to lead the BSI Hong Kong team in striving to provide the very best services and solutions to BSI’s clients ever since.
