Mr Wilson Lee, the General Manager of Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin (“Hyatt Regency”) received HACCP certification from Mr Enoch Lee, the General Manager of BSI Hong Kong on 7 August 2019.
HACCP is a systematic and preventive approach to food safety from biological, chemical, and physical hazards in production processes. HACCP analysis aims to monitor and control hazards that can cause a finished product to be unsafe, and designs measurements that may be combined with GMP to reduce and manage risk.
The achievement of Hyatt Regency demonstrates its food hygiene has reached the international standards.
Mr Enoch Lee (right 9) presented HACCP certificate to Mr Wilson Lee (left 7) and the representatives of Hyatt Regency
