- Why QMS, EMS and OH&S MS are important to an organization
- The background of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, their intended outcomes and benefits
- The terms and definitions used
- The key concepts and structure of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, including similarities between the standards
- Applying the Process Approach of management systems
- How the PDCA approach is incorporated within the management system standards, introducing links to clauses
- Identifying the organizations risks against the requirements of the High Level Structure
- The main requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
On days 2 and 3, you will learn about:
- The guidelines of management system auditing according to ISO 19011
- The application of these guidelines to auditing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
- You will learn the skills to:
- Initiate the audit
- Prepare audit activities
- Conduct audit activities
- Prepare and distribute the audit report
