Training Business Manager

KEY Duties:

  • Determine and drive strategy of Training Business for the territory Poland locally in cooperation with the Marketing Manager and Sales Manager
  • Lead the training team in sales and delivery of the training business of the country office through the implementation of effective tactical sales plans and the successful introduction of new products/training services to move the business forward and deliver top line growth in close cooperation with Marketing;
  • Manage the customers on territory and provide a prompt and effective follow-up
  • Develop all training products market share
  • Achievement of the budgeted sales and revenue targets
  • Ensure improved client contact/satisfaction and BSI’s understanding of clients


  • Higher professional education
  • Experience in a business-to-business training environment and selling of services;
  • Proven track record of delivering and working to targets;
  • Effective negotiation skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship and presentation skills;
  • Enthusiastic with a can do attitude;
  • Experience in managing projects and/or people; 
  • Able to identify cross selling / new business opportunities;
  • Able to work in international environment;
  • Computer literate and experience of a wide range of business software (e.g., MS Office, MS Outlook);
  • Excellent command of spoken & written English and Polish.
