MicroRiver has announced the launch of DS Gateway in the UK, offering businesses a comprehensive security and biometrics system to prevent data loss.
The technology by Delfigo provides a platform that utilizes a range of identity factors to create an intelligent authentication system for identity management to prevent unauthorized system access.
According to UK-based data loss prevention and security solutions company MicroRiver, the solution - which uses technology such as system parameters and keyboard biometrics - reduces costs for companies, allows them to mitigate risk and enhances user confidence in systems.
Majid Ali, MicroRiver Sales Director, commented: "In line with our other endpoint security products, DS Gateway is the way forward to address online fraud and [is] a cost-effective multi-factor authentication solution."
Earlier this month, IBM signed a new agreement with the Government for the supply of biometric solutions that will aid the roll out of new passports featuring fingerprint and facial information.
