Associate Experts:
International Projects operates on a project basis with internal experts. We also draw on a large panel of external expertise managed from our UK headquarters. Most associate experts are fielded on short or long-term assignments worldwide.
We are constantly seeking experts in all sectors (manufacturing, food, environment, energy, etc.) who specialise in: |

- Standardization: management and training of technical committees, standardization procedures, translation and supply of standards, sales and marketing of standards
- Quality management and Certification: reinforcement of existing national structures of certification for ISO 9000:2000
- Testing, Certification and Conformity Assessment: strengthening national conformity assessment policies and procedures, ISO 17025, testing methods, organization of regional laboratory inter-comparison and proficiency testing
- Metrology: training/advice on legal metrology, development of national metrology systems, calibration and uncertainty measurement
- Technical Regulations: drafting and adoption of EU regulations, harmonization of technical regulations
- Accreditation: technical assistance and institutional building
- Market Surveillance and Consumer Protection: consumer rights, consumer credit, consumer protection acquis
- Legislative Reform: harmonising legislation in line with EU acquis communautaire, technical regulation, WTO agreements on standards, TBT and SPS
- IT and telecommunications: software architecture, database management and web design
- Procurement of equipment: laboratory, IT, etc.
