• course title(s)
• preferred date(s)
• please indicate whether you are a committee member or not.
• Please state which committee you are a member of

Once your booking is received, BSI will confirm your reservation and forward an invoice (where applicable). A month prior to the course commencing an email will be sent, confirming your attendance, the course details and directions to the venue.
