Welcome to the seventh edition of our e-newsletter for committee members.
In this edition we are pleased to introduce our new Group Chief Executive. We have reports from the recent events, the Standard Makers' Forum, the British Electrotechnical AGM and the BSI Construction Forum and our regular features, providing updates on the International and European Standards Organisations. In addition, there are reports from some of our initiatives to develop and support the launch of new publications on sustainability and carbon footprint.
Unfortunately we have to inform you of the death of the Construction and Built Environment Sector Policy & Strategy Committee (CBE/-) Chairman Mr Nick Terry who was featured in our Summer 2007 edition of this newsletter
