The BSI library is located on the ground floor of British Standards House in Chiswick. Committee members can use the library free of charge, as can BSI subscribing members, students and British Standards Society members. However, committee members can only borrow items through their committee secretary. So if your committee is meeting at Chiswick and you need to borrow a standard for the meeting, you need to ask your committee secretary to make the necessary arrangements.
