Many of you have dealt with Matthew in the past and regrettably for us Matthew has left, for a new life in Hong Kong. We now have a new Committee Member Training administrator her name is Claire Hyams and I am sure you will all join me in welcoming her to the team.
The New Committee Member Induction programme started in January and has proven to be a great success with sessions fully booked well in advance. I shall be monitoring this for the remainder of the year and if this trend continues will be adding some extra sessions next year in order to meet the demand. As well as the Instructor led element of this programme there are also a number of modules to be completed online.

We are, as always, committed to improving the experience of all our committee members, and appreciate the time you take to give us your comments on the courses on offer and in developing new and useful courses for you. I would therefore like to thank those who have contributed, and hope to hear from many more of you. Let us have your comments on the e-learning and the instructor led courses.
Please do not restrict yourselves when giving feedback-we need to find out any issues you are experiencing either with the e-learning or instructor led training which you feel could be improved.
