Issue 10, Summer 2010
Introduction from Operations Director
Welcome to the tenth edition of this e-newsletter. Amongst the articles in this edition we have a lot of news from Europe with a report and links to the European public hearing on the future of Standardisation, a consultation on the general product safety directive and CEN/CENELEC activities. We also have included the results of the survey regarding the Standards Makers' Forum as well as some of our regular updates.
I am pleased to announce that in March we launched two new online tools to make our work programme more visible and accessible. If you haven't already had an opportunity to visit them, please do:

We hope you find these articles of interest and as always we welcome your feedback so please do send us your comments or suggestions for future articles.
