In May, BSI launched its Draft Review system for national Drafts for Public Comment (DPCs) and already there has been excellent feedback from users.
The Draft Review system is a free, easy to use, web-based tool designed to encourage participation from all those who have an interest in the subject area. The system has drafts of British Standards and selected Publicly Available Specifications (PASs). European and International documents are not included at this stage
The system has been produced to enable access to DPCs to a wider community and stakeholders; to facilitate collaborative working and to enable BSI to manage comments on drafts standards originating from the UK. As a result, the UK will get more robust and relevant standards through wider participation, raising the quality of national standards, and highlighting standardization activity.
