In the last newsletter we provided you with details of a pilot project involving 50 Committee Members testing an online system in both the meeting registration and the expenses payment parts of the system.
The pilot project finished in February. From the useful feedback we received, and having undertaken a full review of the project, we have not proceeded with launching the system.
The feedback we received indicated that whilst having an online system for registering claims and submitting receipts was generally welcomed, the system itself was over complicated and not user-friendly. The testing identified further limitations for users and as a result the project has been put on hold.
