BSI launched its Business Continuity Self-assessment online tool at the Imagination Gallery on Thursday 25 March. The press, potential and existing customers, committee members and those who worked to bring this tool to market were present at the event.
The BSI Business Continuity Self-assessment online tool allows an organization to assess its BCM plans and policies and record and report compliance, providing confidence in its BCM planning. The exclusive self-assessment questionnaire covers all the requirements on BS 25999-2 Business Continuity Management Specification so that organizations can identify necessary improvements to their existing Business Continuity Management System (BCMS).
The tool has been designed to work across multiple organization sites and with multiple users, but can be easily used as a standalone application by small organizations and BCM newcomers.
