Methods of payment
To process an order we need to confirm your method of payment.
If you are a non-member we require payment upfront by any of the following methods:
- cheque
- bank transfer
- credit card number with your name, card number and expiry date, and delivery address information and order requirements.
As soon as we confirm your method of payment we will process your order.
How to pay by cheque

If you need to send a cheque, please enclose your order clearly indicating items required. This method of payment will take longer than payment by credit card. Bank transfers are also accepted, but your order may take up to 28 working days to process.
BSI Members payment options
Members of BSI are entitled to a 50% discount on all British Standards and up to a 40% discount on international standards. Postage and packing is FREE for all BSI Members for deliveries by first class post. Express delivery will be charged as below.
If you are a BSI member please provide your BSI account number. Please note we will verify your BSI membership status, therefore the price quoted on British Standards Online could change.
