Trading Standards is operated by local authorities, so you should contact your local council in the first instance.
Visit the Trading Standards website for information for consumers and businesses, schools, advice and information centres, community organizations, local councils, business support agencies and trade associations.
- Does BSI provide information for students and teachers?
BSI provides a dedicated website to support students in the 7-19 age group and their teachers. Students in higher education should visit our specialist Higher Education website.
