When asked for the level of certification required, the three levels available are as follows:
Level 1: Cosmetic - covers basic damage such as dents and scratches
Level 2: Structural - Steel covers, panel replacements and severe damage repair
Level 3: Structural - Aluminium and composite cover repairs to vehicles with specialist structures
Note: Level 2 also includes Level 1 and Level 3 includes both Levels 1 and 2
