Direct testing is independent testing carried out directly with manufacturers or end users. It can be carried out against any published standard or client specification, including performance pecifications, specifications laid down by governing bodies, or even hybrids of specifications.
Direct testing need not necessarily lead to certification, for instance, the CE marking or the Kitemark®. However, on completion of test work, we provide you with a detailed BSI Product Services Test Report. A ‘Declaration of Test Results’ certificate can also be supplied for successful test submissions.
