Ongoing assessment

Once you've achieved the Kitemark® Licence for PAS 80, your commitment to quality and raising standards means that we will evaluate your business during the year.

The ongoing assessment can take the form of an unannounced visit to check that standards are being met on a day-to-day basis, mystery shopping where we will present a vehicle with introduced faults, and feedback from your customers. 

This helps to ensure that all Kitemark® licensees incorporate the requirements of PAS 80 into everyday business practices, thus maintaining customer service standards.
