Achieving the Kitemark® shows your customers that you are committed to providing a quality service and that the service you offer is of a consistent high standard. You can advertise this by using the Kitemark® in your own literature and advertising. There are five main stages in the process of gaining the Kitemark® for PAS 80:
- Purchase PAS 80
- Application
- Audit
- Issuing of the Kitemark® Licence
- On-going assessment
The PAS 80 document
You need to purchase a copy of the PAS 80 document by either telephoning us on 08450 765610, or by emailing us.
Once you have the PAS 80 document, you should carry out your own assessment against the PAS 80 requirements. This will highlight any areas of your business where you will need to make adjustments to your working practices.
Gap analysis
If, following this assessment, you're still uncertain as to whether you meet all of the PAS 80 requirements, BSI will be happy to carry out a one day gap analysis. The format of this day resembles an actual audit day. You will receive a report detailing where you need to make improvements, if any.
