For garages and fast-fit outlets, the prestigious BSI Kitemark® is available as PAS 80. This Kitemark® focuses on standards for customer service and fair trading and ensures that technical and service standards are maintained.
From January 2007, automotive bodyshops will be able to carry the Thatcham BSI Kitemark® for vehicle body repair. The Thatcham BSI Kitemark® is based on a technical specification (PAS 125) dealing with processes and procedures directly related to the repair of accident damaged vehicles.
As a Vehicle Certification Agency (VCA) accredited technical service, BSI Product Services can also provide VCA approvals testing for a wide range of products including vehicle lighting, vehicle glass and electronic equipment.
