With extensive UK and international experience, Jim joined BSI in March 2009 from TI Automotive where he was Global HR and Communications Director. Prior to this he held positions of VP of HR and Director at Land Rover University in North America, and HR Director at British Aerospace. |

Romny joined BSI as General Counsel and Company Secretary in March 2009. With extensive UK and international experience she was previously Senior Director & Head of Legal/Corporate Affairs EMEA at Symantec Corporation. Prior to this she was a Corporate Lawyer for Mitsui & Co. and Clifford Chance. |

Responsible for strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, David has held senior appointments in both the US and the UK, with specific responsibility for strategy and M&A in KPMG, Arthur D Little, Morgan Crucible, TRW/Lucas Varity and Rolls Royce. |

Before joining BSI in 2003, Mike was Director of Group Strategy & Performance at Amey plc; Director of Health Safety & Environment and Technical & Business Development Director for Nuclear Electric; and MD of British Energy's UK Generation, where he was also a Main Board Director. |

David joined BSI in 2008 from leading healthcare product manufacturer and supplier Vernon-Carus where he was Sales & Marketing Director. Prior to this he held the position of Managing Director UK & Ireland for Alaris Medical Systems, and earlier held senior positions with St Jude Medical and Medtronic. |

Prior to this he held several senior positions at Eastman Kodak including COO for Kodak’s Healthcare business outside the US and Chief Marketing Officer for their Healthcare Division. |
