A Chartered Certified Accountant with a degree from King’s College London and joining BSI in 2007, Martin has extensive experience in both the manufacturing and service sectors, and has held senior management positions with Powergen, ESAB and El Paso. |

With extensive UK and international experience, Jim joined BSI in March 2009 from TI Automotive where he was Global HR and Communications Director. Prior to this he held positions of VP of HR and Director at Land Rover University in North America, and HR Director at British Aerospace. |

Tony Wales

Company Secretary
Tony joined BSI as Interim Director of Legal Affairs and Company Secretary in January 2010 bringing with him extensive international experience. He was previously SVP and General Counsel of AOL International and prior to this he was General Counsel and Company Secretary at the Economist Group. Tony has an MA Jurisprudence from Oxford University. |

Prior to this he held the position of Managing Director UK & Ireland for Alaris Medical Systems, and earlier held senior positions with St Jude Medical and Medtronic. |
