Howard Kerr, Chief Executive
Appointed Chief Executive of BSI Group in November 2008, Howard previously held key positions at SHV Holdings N.V. and Inchcape Plc. These included CEO, Calor Group Ltd, UK as well as senior commercial and general management positions in Asia and Middle East. Most recently, he was a member of the Management Board of SHV Gas in The Netherlands. |

Martin Hannah FCCA, Group Finance Director
A Chartered Certified Accountant with a degree from King’s College London and joining BSI in 2007, Martin has extensive experience in both the manufacturing and service sectors, and has held senior management positions with Powergen, ESAB and El Paso. |

Mike Low, Director, BSI British Standards
Before joining BSI in 2003, Mike was Director of Group Strategy & Performance at Amey plc; Director of Health Safety & Environment and Technical & Business Development Director for Nuclear Electric and MD of British Energy's UK Generation, where he was also a Main Board Director. |

Dr Norman Price OBE, Non-executive
Joining the BSI Board on 1 June 2004, Norman is Chairman of Ecologic and Director of Bede Plc and Mercia Fund Management. He is also Deputy Chair of the West Midlands Regional Development Agency, Chair of the West Midlands Enterprise Board and Finance Forum, a senior industrial adviser to the DTI and a Vice President of the EEF. |

Michael French FCA, Non-executive
Michael joined the BSI Board on 1 January 2005. An Asia specialist who worked for several years in Japan, he is an engineer by training and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He forged a distinguished career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, for whom he became a Partner in 1980. |

John Regazzi PhD, Non-executive
John joined the BSI Board in June 2006. He is former MD of Market Development at Elsevier; CEO of Elsevier Inc, and global MD of Elsevier Electronic Publishing. He was President and CEO of Engineering Information Inc and is also a member of faculty at the College of Information and Computer Science at the C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University. |

Anthony Lea, Non-executive
Joining the BSI Board on 1 July 2007, Anthony is non-executive Chairman of Merrill Lynch World Mining Trust plc, has been a board member of the Anglo American Group since 1987, and joined the board at the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) in April 2008. He has extensive international operational experience in the UK, South Africa and North America and was Finance Director with Anglo American plc at his retirement in 2005. |
