Facial protection

We can help you to gain market access as all respiratory equipment (RPE) must undergo type examination using a notified body such as BSI before CE marking can be affixed. RPE, eye and hearing protection requires mandatory UKCA and CE certification under PPE Regulations (EU) 2016/425.

Hand and foot protection

We can test and certify a wide range of protective clothing which is used in a variety of hazard scenarios. As a Notified (UK) and Approved (UK) Body we have the expertise and recognized status to offer these services.

Impact protection

We can provide testing and certification for a range of impact protection products to help you gain compliance, and to help you to access new markets. The majority of head protection products such as canoeists, equestrian, mountaineering, bump caps, industrial safety, ski helmets and cycle helmets fall within category II PPE. For those which claim electrical or molten metal protection or are fire fighters helmets they require category III.
