Diploma of Management BSB51107

The Diploma of Management BSB51107 is designed to help you manage your team effectively and add value to your processes. You’ll learn how to implement operational plans and continuous improvement strategies while managing risks within your business. You’ll gain vital leadership skills learning how to plan, carry out and evaluate the work of both you, and your team.

How it works

To achieve the Diploma of Management BSB51107 you just need to complete 8 nationally recognized units of competence. Below are the units that we have chosen for our professional development pathway*.

Step 1

Attend a five-day Lead Auditor training course in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, AS/NZS 4801 or Food Safety to gain the theory and practical skills to perform audits.

Step 2

You’ll be assigned a qualified assessor to provide feedback and guidance as you work through self paced learning and assessment tasks. These prove the practical application of the skills you learnt in the classroom and contribute to associated RTO units of competence.

Step 3

Attend our two-day Risk Management & Operational Planning training course and learn how to implement plans to effectively manage risks within your business. By submitting your final assessment you’ll gain the final unit of competence required to make up the diploma.

Step 4

Once a BSI assessor has completed a final review of all your assessments and evidence you’ll be awarded your Diploma of Management BSB51107.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

Complete additional self-paced learning and assessment tasks.
