Charlene is the Managing Director for BSI Group ANZ. As MD, Charlene leads the firm’s core business enabling functions across finance and operations, business services, technology and digital, people and partnership, sales and marketing, and transformation. Charlene is also responsible for BSI Group ANZ’s focus on Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) matters including its social impact strategy and commitments, such as BSI’s commitment to Net Zero.
Charlene has held a number of key leadership roles at BSI, most recently as Managing Director of BSI Singapore, Prior to that, she has held senior leadership roles heading Corporate and Finance functions in various industries from Education, ICT, Professional services to Construction.
Charlene has a Masters in Business Administration, and is a Fellow of Certified Practising Accountants. Charlene has also completed Executive Women in leadership program with Cornell University.

A dynamic finance professional with over 20 years experience across a range of sectors including property and infrastructure, construction, pharmaceuticals, sport and professional services. Brenda has a proven track record in building and developing finance teams and improving the quality of financial information.

Takashi Kamakari joined BSI Group ANZ in October 2022 as the Sales and Marketing Director. Previously he was a member of the senior management team as the Sales and Marketing Director of BSI Japan where he first started as a Sales Manager in 2006. He is an accomplished business leader with over 15 years’ experience where he has developed relationships with clients to ensure their goals are achieved and satisfaction with service and experience.

Tracey is a highly skilled and accomplished professional in the field of training and business management. With a solid background in eLearning, sales, project management, implementation, and account management for large enterprise clients, Tracey has consistently demonstrated her expertise and dedication to delivering exceptional results. Currently serving as the Training Business Manager at BSI Group, Tracey is responsible for overseeing and managing the training business for Australia and New Zealand. In this role, Tracey has successfully spearheaded numerous initiatives to enhance the training solutions provided by BSI Group, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of clients in the region.

Dr Miller has 14 years’ experience in general management roles within the auditing and certification industries, with equal time spent in regulation and certification.

Craig has worked in the commercial food sector, industry leadership, government, and in the certification industry, giving a unique visibility across all aspects of these sectors. Craig has particular expertise in food safety, incident and risk management with formal qualifications in Food Science (PhD) and business management (MBA).

Passionate about ethics, integrity, people, and service, Craig is excited to lead a highly skilled and experienced team focussed on all aspects of delivery for BSI Group ANZ.
