Emmanuel Herve

Emmanuel Herve, Managing Director Hong Kong and VP, Standards & Professional Solutions, possesses 12 years experience in advance advisory services, Emmanuel Herve held positions that include Head of British Standards Solution in London in charge of team responsible for the creation of sponsored fast track technical standards and the mangement of the International Projects team working of honor funded projects specialized in TBT, customs, quailty infrastructures. Prior to working for BSI, he worked for a Management Consultancy based in Munich, Germany dealing with micro-finance, privatization and company restructuring. Emmanuel Herve is an MBA graduate from Murdoch University (Australia & China) and holds a Postgraduate degree in International Economics (Paris, France ) .


Coleman Tse

Coleman Tse

Coleman has extensive experience in ISO industry.  He was the General Manager (Construction Business) of Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency (HKQAA), where he leaded Sales and Operation teams in carrying out marketing, sales and fulfillment of system certifications business in HK and Macau.  Furthermore, he was also responsible for in-charging the China operations of HKQAA. Coleman also has over 15 years experience in Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL), Positions that Coleman had held in UL included Testing Services Engineer, Laboratories Supervisor, Quality System Auditor, Follow UP Services Manager, and the Country Manager of Quality Registration Services. 

On the other hand, Coleman is actively engaged in public services, including:

  1. Panel member of Task Force on Accreditation of Construction Product Certification Bodies under Accreditation Advisory Board, Working Party on Accreditation of Certification Bodies under Hong Kong Accreditation Service

Enoch Lee

Enoch Lee

Enoch is responsible for the Accounting and Finance functions of our HK businesses include providing a comprehensive financial, commercial and decision making support service, running business through evaluation of key strategies, profitability analysis and risk management, and to provide a key link between business managers and finance to ensure financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting processes aligned with our business needs and objectives. Before joining BSI, Enoch leaded the Asia Pacific Finance team in BBC Worldwide, for which he was responsible for leading the finance teams in providing all accounting and finance function, overseeing the finance function on preparing budget, forecasts, analysis reports on KPIs and building of financial models on new business projects. During Enoch's tenure in Ernst and Young as an External Auditor, he was involved in a number of IPO projects for companies seeking to be listed on the HK Stock Exchange.  


Wilfred Chan

Wilfred Chan

As the Operations Director of BSI Hong Kong, Wilfred is responsible for all operations and all service delivery activities for Hong Kong business.Wilfred holds a Master Degree in Environmental Management from The University of Hong Kong. Prior to joining BSI, Wilfred participated innumerous local and international carbon project audits. In addition to the Hong Kong role, Wilfred also hold the position of Regional APAC Sustainability Portfolio Manager which he is responsible for the regional management of the sustainability portfolio in BSI Asia Pacific. It includes development and promotion of sustainability products related to subjects on carbon, energy, and CSR. Besides providing technical and market related support, Wilfred also facilitates the internal capacity building and knowledge exchange by introducing internally the technical experts and externally the professional consultants.


Stephen Yu

Compliance & Risk Director & Client Manager

Stephen Yu

Ir Stephen Yu is the Compliance & Risk Director with over 15 years experience in compliance audit and training for multi-national corporations, domestic companies, government organizations, NGOs and SMEs in their Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, Green House Gases (GHG) and energy management certification projects. Stephen is also a Chartered Engineer in gas and mechanical discipline, Engineering Council (UK), Registered Professional Engineer (Hong Kong Engineers Registration Board), IRCA QMS Lead Auditor, CCAA QMS Lead Auditor, IMS Lead Auditor of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 & ISO 50001 and GHG Verifier. Stephen is also a scheme developer for PAS 55 (Asset Management) establishing and implementing the scheme manual and assessment criteria in Asia region.

Winnie Wong

Winnie Wong

With a double major degree in Human Resources Management and Marketing from Queensland University of Technology in Australia, Winnie has developed her HR career over the last 8 years in the UK and US listed international companies across various industries including hospitality, electronics and insurance. In her most recent role in Chubb Insurance Group, Winnie was responsible for the provision of HR business partnering and all HR services for the Hong Kong business. As the Human Resources & Administration Manager in BSI, Winnie is responsible for the HR function in Hong Kong and will be part of the wider BSI Asia Pacific HR community. Winnie is working closely with the management team to provide professional HR advise, support and guidance for all HR matters.  


Canny Ngo

Canny Ngo

As the Training Manager of BSI Hong Kong, Canny is responsible for Training Business and Operations locally.In the current position, Canny is working seamlessly with her team to ensure smooth training operations and high quality training delivery.

In addition, Canny leads her team to strengthen the training business by building internal capacity and competency, exploring collaboration opportunities with external parties and industry professional and liaising with regulators and external parties for education accreditation and funding.

Prior to joining BSI, Canny was a Project Manager of a business consulting company. Back then, Canny was involved in different performance enhancement projects for the Hong Kong Government, NGOs and also private organizations including Banking ,Tele-communication and more providing different organizations management consulting services such as businesses analysis, solutions formulation and training workshops deployment. 


Irene Tse

Irene Tse

Irene leads the marketing activities for Hong Kong business to create brand awareness. Irene's role entails networking with industry players, arranging events with associations and stakeholders, product marketing, collaterals development, and E-marketing activities. With a degree in Communications, Irene has previously worked in companies in different business sectors including property developing company, consulting firm, financial institution, design house and education institution.

Prior to joining BSI, Irene was working for a 5-star hotel in Hong Kong. Back then, Irene was responsible for the execution of marketing activities including advertising, developing marketing collaterals, foster media relationships, E-commerce and all hotel promotional campaigns and events.
