Payment
All items are non-returnable and non-refundable. All invoices in relation to the above products must be paid prior to dispatch of items. Standards are dispatched within three weeks of order to the delivery address supplied. Credit card payments can be accepted. Please call +44 (0) 845 086 9000 prior to submitting your order, in order to supply these. Fax or e-mail may not be secure.

Intellectual Property
Course materials and all copies thereof are the intellectual property of and solely owned by BSI. Course materials cannot be reproduced in any media or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of BSI. Distribution or sale of any course materials to any third party is strictly prohibited. Unlicensed copy of any course materials is illegal.
Limitation of Liability
BSI's liability in respect of any single event or series of events for breach of its obligations under this Agreement shall be strictly limited to the cost paid for the course.
Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
