BS 76000 - Human resource - Valuing people - Management system - Requirements and guidance, is the first national standard to recognize the importance of valuing people in an organization.

The standard is based on the premise that people are an organization’s biggest asset and should be treated as such – so the organization gets the most out of them and they get the most out of their working life.
BS 76000 is relevant not only to HR professionals and large organizations with HR departments, but also to small businesses, those working with volunteers or temporary staff, recruitment agencies, and institutions that teach HR or governance – in fact all organizations.

Attendees will find out how BS 76000 can help organizations of all sizes recognize the actual and potential value of their people and help develop a new and effective working partnership for sustainable success.
