The Young Engineering Professionals Workshop is a one-day conference focusing on the future of engineering, promoting multi-disciplinary working to reach our shared goals.

We will discuss the issues and challenges facing the sector in the future, and explore how the young engineers present can ensure the long-term success of three innovative, emerging areas of industry:

  • Internet of Things
  • Smart Cities
  • Robotics

FIRST® LEGO® League (FLL) is a global science and technology competition for teams of students, to encourage an interest in real world issues and develop key skills that are crucial for their future careers. The IET coordinates FLL in the UK and Ireland, and will be exhibiting at the event.
