BSI's Product Schedule and Certificate Changes process

BSI is continually finding ways to streamline and un-complicate the product certification landscape for our clients. The latest initiative in this area relates to client requests to change details on their Certificates and/or Product Schedules.

Our simple 8-step process provides our clients with a centralized location to submit change requests and provide you with a straight forward process for tracking and managing your product schedules and certificates.  This will ensure fast and efficient turn-around times for your all important changes requests.

Product Schedule and Certificate Changes process

  1. Client requests a change to a Certificate and/or Change to a product Schedule.
  2. Client sends request via email to product@bsigroup.com.
  3. BSI reviews and confirms time frame required to complete the requested change and issues a quote for the requested activity.
  4. After the client accepts the quote, BSI allocates the activity to a suitably qualified Client Manager
  5. BSI Client Manager commences work on the requested change and will contact the client in case of missing information
  6. A draft certificate/schedule is created and sent to client for approval and/or amendment.
  7. Upon approval, the final locked Certificate and/or Schedule is sent to the client.
  8. An invoice for services performed will be issued and sent by the BSI Finance Team.
